- Custom RX prescription lenses are not refundable or able to be credited to the customer.
- All frames being returned for credit must be in like new condition and returned with all accessories.
- If you are returning non-prescription lenses, there can be no visible signs or scratches or marks on the lenses to receive credit.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Defective products are at the manufactures discretion and additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
- No adjustments or refunds will be allowed for customer entry errors or omissions made in the ordering process by the customer.
- Custom lens orders cannot be cancelled once in progress. All changes are at the customer expense.
