  1. Custom RX prescription lenses are not refundable or able to be credited to the customer.
  2. All frames being returned for credit must be in like new condition and returned with all accessories.
  3. If you are returning non-prescription lenses, there can be no visible signs or scratches or marks on the lenses to receive credit.
  4. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  5. Defective products are at the manufactures discretion and additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
  6. No adjustments or refunds will be allowed for customer entry errors or omissions made in the ordering process by the customer.
  7. Custom lens orders cannot be cancelled once in progress. All changes are at the customer expense.
